Hands-on platform architect and software engineering leader with more than 23 years of experience building and modernizing enterprise systems.

Mike leads from the codebase. His work spans Java and Spring platforms, AI-integrated enterprise systems, cloud modernization, banking and payment workflows, healthcare, logistics, telecom, and high-throughput operational software.

Ara Tarumyan, Ph.D.

Systems engineer and technical leader with more than 25 years of experience across embedded systems, control and monitoring systems, condition monitoring, and research and development.

Ara brings the systems judgment behind Ten Mile Zone’s firmware and device-connected software work. His background helps teams reason across firmware, sensing, communications, test systems, and the operational environment without turning Ten Mile Zone into a hardware-design vendor.

Kristina Sargsyan

AI program leader focused on turning complex initiatives into governed, reviewable delivery programs with clear ownership and stakeholder alignment.

Kristina connects engineering execution with program outcomes, delivery controls, communication, and responsible AI adoption. She brings formal PMI evaluation in the knowledge and strategies required to run organizational AI initiatives.
